WHY THIS PAGE?
Honestly? Because I needed a kick.
Tech moves fast. I love it — but sometimes I catch myself watching more than doing. This is my reset. A public note-to-self that it's time to ship, share, and stay uncomfortable.
I've always believed bits are more powerful than atoms (unreasonably true, at least since early 00's). So here's me, putting that belief to work. Making things. Talking about them. And living the philosophy of "you can just do things" and "build in public".
ABOUT ME
I see engineering as a craft. Performance matters. Clarity matters. The best systems are the ones you never notice because they just work — and that's the kind of work I chase every day.
At Ciena, I help bring up new hardware platforms from the ground up. Think: embedded systems, Linux kernels, memory maps, Ethernet PHYs, FPGAs — the works. I write drivers in C, build HAL layers, debug edge-case performance issues, and shape the SDKs. My fingerprints are on products used by Verizon, AT&T, Airtel, Meta — and maybe even the device you're using right now.
